SafeShield (operated by VasileDev Group under IsBrokerSafe and VerifyDating) provides real-time cybersecurity protection, financial broker regulatory verification, and romance scam detection.

2. Data Collection & Zero-Tracking Commitment

SafeShield is built on a strict privacy-first architecture:

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, IP addresses, or payment credentials through the extension.
• No Browsing History Stored: When you navigate to a webpage, the extension extracts only the domain name (e.g. broker-name.com) to check against public financial enforcement databases (CONSOB, FCA, BaFin). No URLs or browsing history are logged or retained.
• No Data Sale: We never sell, rent, or transfer user data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.

3. Permissions Used

• activeTab / tabs: Used strictly to detect the active website domain for real-time safety badge updates.
• storage: Used strictly on your local device to store UI preferences and cached threat lookups for faster response times.
